this has been buggin me for a while. my friend got a mix from another friend and it had a track on it i liked. this was from one of those guys that won't tell people who or what certain artists/songs are if they like them. someone told me it was a last emperor song but i don't know what it's called.

then i'm walking up the beach to my car to go get my coworkers some lunch and one of the campers came with me. as we walk he starts singing this song. i flipped cuz this kid is like 15 and a total surf rat. anyway, he had had the same problem.

the chorus goes something like

charlie, he's the life of the party
he liked to stay up late and act naughty
he liked the way the girls move they body
if .....is a crime then i'm sorry.


that's probably way off but it goes on about some kid and his life and i think he might die at the end.

if anyone can give me a song title and/ or the album title i would appreciate it.
